For the upcoming winter season 2023-2024, we are recruiting Night Auditor for the Front Desk Team.
- Check-in and check-out
- Guiding and helping guests
- Taking care of Lobby Bar Riihi
- Promoting souvenir sales from our own shop
- Selling and creating Apukka Adventures activities
- Preparation for the next day and cash register
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in customer service work
- Always positive and professional in customer service situations
- Able to function under pressure in a busy environment
- Capable of multitasking, working alone and independently
- Holder of hygiene passport & alcohol passport
- Knowledge of our booking systems MEWS and/or FareHarbor
- Other languages skills (especially German, Italian, French and Spanish)
- A suitable degree or education
- Other courses or training within the tourism industry
The work is part-time 75 - 82,30h/ 3 weeks. Two days working, two days off and so on. Possibility to work extra hours. The introduction period begins in the beginning of November. The winter season ends in April 2024. Working hours are between 20:00-04:00.
