Product Success Manager [Mexico]


 

Location: Remote, Mexico-Based


Position Summary:


Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to become a valued member of our successful Product Success Manager team. Duties for the Product Success Manager role include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing user relationships, networking, delivering product presentations, training, or consultancy, and contributing to usage and revenue growth. Your technical expertise will provide insights into client-to-business interactions and assist in improving user experience through product support. Successful candidates will demonstrate analytical skills, aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Product Success colleague will engage with our Users, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our user base.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Deliver training, mentoring, and consulting sessions
  • Coordinate, evaluate, and improve tutorials and other training materials
  • Analyze user data to improve user experience
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and users
  • Implement onboarding processes for users
  • Handle and resolve user requests and technical issues
  • Develop and manage client business development
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Enhance and continually improve user satisfaction
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users


Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in pipe stress engineering
  • Proficiency with AutoPIPE software. Additional experience with other pipe stress software and AutoPIPE Vessel preferred
  • Knowledge of ASME Codes (B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, etc.)
  • Knowledge of stress theories as applied to the strength of materials and basic design requirements in piping flexibility, supports, flexible joints, etc.
  • Experience in spring hanger design and defining common pipe supports
  • Experience in evaluating piping loads to design pressure vessel nozzles, drawing and interpreting piping stress isometrics
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting equipment drawings would be preferred (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pumps, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Continuous learner with a strong drive for professional development and staying up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Fluency in English required (Written and Verbal)
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role does not require travel.
