Duties incl
- overseeing the day to day running of the restaurant
- liaising with General Manager to ensure smooth running of the restaurant
-assisting in ordering/rostering
-assisting in staff training/mentoring
-good communication/people skills necessary
- training will be provided
Minimum 1 year supervisory or manager experience in hospitality essential
