A day in the life...
As an intern ITHR specialist at Nestlé, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the development and evolution of innovative digital products in HR space. You will work with different teams of experienced IT professionals and various business stakeholder, all in a fast paced, challenging and global environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and validating Business Requirements and working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate results and ensure they match the business expectation.
- Analyzing end user surveys and monitoring IT Operational results to identify improvement opportunities in the current digital solutions
- Involvement in the projects currently executed (testing, test script preparation, training materials creation)
What Will Make You Successful
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have an interest in learning and adapting to new challenges. The role requires strong organizational skills to work with stakeholders from both the technical and business sides of the organization. We are looking for:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English, written and spoken
